Chiropractic Treatment – First Visit Promotion

  1. This promotion is valid for new patients on their first visit only. Limited to one (1) redemption per person. 


  2. This promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service. 


  3. Advance appointment booking is required and is subject to availability. 


  4. Patients must be at least 18 years of age. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 


  5. The clinic shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, complications, or outcomes resulting from the patient's failure to disclose relevant medical history or medical conditions. 


  6. The clinic reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 


  7. All appointments under this promotion must be booked and completed within six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
