Paywatch Flexi T&C

Paywatch Flexi offers users a convenient financial solution, enabling them to enjoy payment flexibility through our Paywatch app. With Paywatch Flexi, users can make immediate purchases while having the option to split the payment. This service offers different payment plans, allowing users to spread their payments over periods ranging from one to six months.

  1. Eligibility  

    To utilize Paywatch Flexi for payments on Paywatch, ensure you meet these conditions:  

    • Registered Paywatch users 

    • 18 years or older 

    • A valid MyKad / Passport holder 

    • Earned wage access credit availability  

    • Must not have an active Paywatch Flexi plan 

    If you fulfil the eligibility conditions but is unable to pay using Paywatch Flexi, contact us via the Help Center.


  2. Paywatch Flexi Availability 

    • Each user is limited to One Paywatch Flexi plan at a time. 

    • If users have completed their previous Paywatch Flexi repayments, they are entitled to enrol in a new Paywatch Flexi plan 

    • User’s Paywatch account is not suspended 

    • Instalment per month is not more than user’s credit earned per month 

    • User will need to link their debit card to enable Paywatch Flexi 


  3. Paywatch Flexi Plans

2 – month instalment 

0% interest per month on total payment/order amount. 

  • 1st instalment will be deducted from your Paywatch Balance in the next cycle. During the repayment, your daily accrual will be considered as a repayment to the Plan  

  • For subsequent instalment, refer to the billing cycle generated.

6-month instalment 

0% interest per month on total payment/order amount. 

  • 1st instalment will be deducted from your Paywatch Balance in the next cycle. During the repayment, your daily accrual will be considered as a repayment to the Plan  

  • For subsequent instalment, refer to the billing cycle generated. 

  • Subject to availability

⚠️ Note: 

  • Late payments may result in restrictions such as unable to withdraw during withdrawal active cycle and perform bill payment 

  • User must make up the previous instalment to resume the service provided by Paywatch. 

  • In a case of resignation and your Paywatch account is suspended/closed, please contact Paywatch customer support to repay your outstanding balance to avoid late payment fee.  


  1. Billing Method 

    Each credit earned for the day will be deducted from your Paywatch Balance until the outstanding amount for the month has been repaid. At this point, you might see your Paywatch balance displaying as 0 due to repayment taking into effect. 


  2. Returns/Refunds

    If you request a return/refund for products paid by Paywatch Flexi, these terms apply:

    • You are required to initiate the refund request for the purchased product with our partner (e.g. Zurich) directly.  

    • You will not receive full payment refund upon purchase. 

    • Refund amount is prorated based on the refund request date and subjected to approval. 

 

  1. Missed/ overdue payment

    In a case if you missed the payment, Paywatch is eligible to charge to your linked debit card or reach out to you to initiate manual repayment from you.

⚠️ Note: 

  • Paywatch holds the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime 

  • Paywatch holds the right to cancel your Paywatch Flexi Plan if deemed necessary 

  • Paywatch do not hold any liability to any lost products while Paywatch Flexi Plan is active
